Showcase Trophy Sponsorships & Program Advertising

The 1998 & 2002 Grand National Marching Band Championship Lassiter Band appreciates your support for our Sixth Annual Marching Band Showcase.  Our goal is to provide the community with a premiere marching band competition with annual event traditions.  Attending bands will consist of many local marching bands, as well as marching bands from around the southeast.

  1. Minimum expected attendance is 5,000
  2. Expected number of bands – 15
  3. Up to 150 trophies will be awarded to a full field of bands
  4. All day and evening event

Trophy Sponsorships are available ranging from $25 up to $150 or more.

Advertising in the Showcase Event Program is also available.  The cost of advertising is based on the size of the ad.

  1. $35 for 1/8 page ad
  2. $50 for ¼ page ad
  3. $100 for ½ page ad
  4. $200 for full page ad

Please submit a printer-ready ad (.jpg, .gif or .pdf format) to Tim Treat via e-mail at   ttreat1@comcast.net .  Business cards are acceptable artwork for 1/8 page advertising only.  Ads must be submitted by September 15, 2008.

All trophy sponsors will be acknowledged by the PA announcer during the competition.

Trophy Sponsors and Advertisers of $100 or more will receive one complimentary Preliminary and Finals admission ticket to the competition.
